Want an autographed copy of Words Unsaid?

The countdown starts for Words Unsaid: Book Five in the Shaken Series, due from Bella Books next month, April 15th. For those who like to re-read books in a series before a new one comes out, better get cracking!

I just got a notice from my publisher to expect my author’s copies in just two days, on Friday, March 19th. What will I do with all those copies? I know — I’ll give them away!!!!

But there’s a catch, a favor if you will. Not for me, but for Golden Crown Literary Society, the community hub for fans of women-loving-women books. If you’d kindly make a donation of $100 or more to the General Fund at GCLS, I’ll send you an autographed copy of Words Unsaid. Simply put a note in the Donor Comments that you want KG’s book and they’ll pass your info on to me, i.e., your email and mailing address. If you’re in the US, I’ll send yours out right away.

For my international friends, there will be a short lag because it requires a visit to the post office so I can submit a customs form. I’m not venturing out right now, but I will once I’m vaccine-safe, sometime around mid-April. Sorry about the delay, but I’ve been so careful for so long — can’t let my guard down yet.

I’m expecting a box of twenty books, but I’ll gladly buy more if I get more donations than that. What matters is supporting the organization that supports us — the GCLS! What also matters is word of mouth. Since these are meant to be my “review” copies — and since reviews are critical to book sales — I sure would appreciate if you’d take the time to write a few words to let folks know what you thought of the book. That isn’t required, but I’d be deeply grateful.

If you’d rather not donate, that’s cool too. You can still get an autographed copy the old fashioned way. Just buy your copy from Bella Books, from Amazon, or from your favorite bookseller, and catch me with a Sharpie at our next in-person GCLS conference. I can’t wait to see you!
